Our Burnt Basque Cheesecake is made to order in Tavira and can usually be prepared with 48 hours' notice. If you need it sooner, please get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.

Each cheesecake serves approximately 10–12 people, making it ideal for a dinner, birthday, celebration or weekend gathering.

Our kitchen also handles other allergens, including nuts, dairy and eggs. While we take care with preparation, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

Keep the cheesecake refrigerated until you're ready to serve it. For optimal freshness, we recommend enjoying it within 48 hours of collection or delivery.

And Always, Cake is an online, home-based cake studio in Tavira, Algarve. Collection is planned in advance; we do not have a shopfront and do not accept walk-ins.

Local delivery may be available in Tavira and surrounding areas. Delivery can also be arranged across the Algarve, Alentejo and Huelva province in Spain by prior agreement. Please contact us if you're outside the standard area.

Use an air-conditioned vehicle and keep the box on a flat, stable surface. A non-slip mat underneath the box can help. Please avoid transporting the cake on a passenger's lap.

Once an order has been collected, please take care when transporting it, as we cannot be responsible for damage after collection.

Bespoke and custom cake orders for the remainder of 2026 are now closed. If you're planning a wedding, birthday or special celebration in 2027, enquiries are welcome and can be submitted through our bespoke cake enquiry page.
